Rules

Cancellation Policy

• If Cancellation is made 7 days or more prior to its Booking Period = $25 fee for the cancellation or processing fees, whichever is greater.

No REFUND if cancelled within two days of reservation.

50% Refund if cancelled within one week of reservation.

• “Holiday Bookings” = NO REFUND

• “Special Event Bookings” = NO REFUND

• If you desire to cancel but still want to come at a later date we can move the reservation to a later date and/or place in a camp credit, so please keep that in mind.

Check In/Out Times

Check IN is 12pm (NOON) CST (Central Standard Time).

Check OUT is 11am CST.

Early Check In is possible depending on availability, please call.

Late Check-Ins are allowed, just please check your Confirmation Email for gate code entry, especially if coming in after hours.

Payments

Payment is due in full at time of check in for daily, weekly, and monthly rentals. Weekly rental payment is due on the same day the following week after check in. Monthly rental payment is due 30 days from date of check in. YOU MUSY PAY AHEAD FOR YOUR SITE. Grace period will be no more than 1 day late. After 1st late day, $5 per day will be assessed. You must be current to extend your rental agreement.

By booking a reservation at Three Oaks and a Pine RV Park, you acknowledge that in lieu of a security deposit, we may charge the credit card on file for incidentals and damages incurred during your stay.

Parking

Park only in your assigned, numbered site. All vehicles MUST fit in your site. No more than FOUR vehicles per site permitted.

Sites

Do not occupy another site. Do not remove items from other sites, picnic tables, etc.

If you require extra items for your site, please contact the park manager.

Speed Limit

Speed limit is 5mph. Please drive carefully. We love our children and pets!

Security

Please do not give out gate access codes. Any visitors should call the office for entry into the park.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.

Motorcycles

Motorcycles with loud aftermarket exhausts are prohibited. Motorcycle usage is limited to entry and exit from the park only. They cannot be driven around the property as a leisure activity.

Pets

For your protection pets must be kept on a leash at all times. Do not leave pets tied up outside unattended. Please clean up after your pet!

Park Cleanliness

Please help keep the park clean. All trash is to be in a plastic tied bag and placed in the dumpster. There is a minimum $10.00 clean-up fee if necessary i.e. cigarette butts, dog messes, garbage, etc. All areas will be inspected for cleanliness and damage. Excessive clean up fee may be charged to your credit card.

Small Children

Small children are not allowed to be in the restrooms and/or our lounge area unattended.

Campfires, Fireworks, Clotheslines

City ordinances prohibit campfires, fireworks, and clotheslines.

Waste

City Health Code prohibits waste water from being dumped on the ground. This is NOT a dumping station but, if you accidentally do dump, please do it VERY slowly.

No Washing Vehicles/RVs

Do not wash vehicles or trailers on site. No automotive repairs allowed on site.

Visitors of Guests

Guest are responsible for their visitors behavior, these rules apply to them too.

Solicitation or Advertising

Solicitation or advertising of any kind is prohibited without consent of Three Oaks and a Pine
